Ingredients
12 mushroom cups
olive oil
2 spanish onions half moon slices
2 celery stalks finely sliced
1 cup coarsely chopped mushrooms and stalks (avoid
dirt)
2 tblsp funghi porcini
1 tsp cinnamon ground
4 tblsp béchamel
2 tblsp grated pecorino
2 tblsp sage leaves finely chopped
fine bread crumbs
