The menu offers modern Australian cuisine including an exquisite tasting platter of chilli prawn and calamari, mushroom risotto, fresh asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, fresh salsa and more. This is the perfect entree for two to share before delving into a choice of mains on the modern and varied menu.


Ravioli of butternut pumpkin, goats’ cheese & spinach with sage & walnuts, Linguini with sautéed king prawns & squid, mussels with tomato, lemongrass broth all feature on the Relish menu.


Other dishes to tempt diners include Corn fed chicken served with risotto of green peas, leek & spinach with prosciutto, asparagus & salsa verde or Tasmanian spring lamb loin, rosemary potatoes, zucchini flowers & eggplant relish and Market fish & king prawns, crushed potato & spring onion with a champagne beurre blanc for lovers of seafood.


Functions of all sizes are catered for with the option of a separate room sectioned off from the main floor of the restaurant. For bigger events, the doors of the function room can be opened to include either all or part of the restaurant, making the most of the stunning outlook.
