Functions

The Steelers Function and Conference Centre is the perfect venue for all types of events, including Corporate Conferences, Weddings and all types of parties. Fully catered for events from seminars for 10, through to a wedding reception for 180, can be held on the function floor above the main Club.

Within an easy walking distance of Wollongong’s beaches, Harbour, parks and churches, the Steelers Function and Conference Centre is the perfect wedding venue. Those fantastic photos taken at dusk are only a short walk away.

The club offers an extensive range of menu options from three course meals, to buffets and cocktails parties and are able to cater for individual tastes and requirements. The events team is dedicated to providing personal attention to every detail, making every function an event to remember.

With several rooms and options available, including The Eastern Terrace Room, which seats a maximum of 200 banquet-style, 170 with round tables, or 200 theater-style, The Steelers will suit functions of varying sizes.

The Eastern Terrace Room can also be divided to allow for a smaller event or provide a breakout area. The Southern Terrace Room seats up to 40 theater style.

The Club also offers a great range of equipment from microphones through to a dance floor, Internet access and everyday office requirements, to make organising every event a breeze.
