Bon Aroma Named Country's Best Pizza

Bon Aroma Pizza in Bulli has been named Best Pizza Restaurant in Australia at the 2011 Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards.
Held at Luna Park in Sydney on Monday night, the event saw the culmination of ten regional awards events held throughout the year across Australia.
Bon Aroma have been recognized both locally and state-wide for their handmade dough and traditionally-made pizzas with fresh and generous toppings, but this is the first time they have achieved national recognition.
“We are very happy that a local Wollongong restaurant was able to pull this off,” says Tracey Bono from Bon Aroma.
Tracey says that it’s the venue’s variety and innovative over the past 10 years that has kept the customers coming back.
“Our dessert pizzas have been coming along, and people really enjoy them,” she says.
“The range includes the lemon meringue pizza, strawberry and white chocolate, and a Mars Bar calzone.”
On top of the award-winning pizzas, the menu also offers other Italian dishes, particularly food that's perfect for those sharing or who like to try a bit of everything.
“We’d love to thank all of our customer for supporting us and hopefully we’ll see everyone in trying out the pizzas,” she says.
