Big Kids in the Kitchen Series @ Chifley Wollongong

Chifley Wollongong is excited to launch its Big Kids in the Kitchen Series. Come join the team one Saturday a month for a talk and interactive class on the theme of the month, followed by a grazing lunch which you help to create plus enjoy a matched alcoholic beverage with your lunch. Discuss, ask questions, get involved and learn with a passionate professional. You’ll be guaranteed to walk away with a new enthusiasm.

On Saturday 19th November 2011, enjoy Tapas! Tapas! Tapas!

Live and learn the great Spanish tradition of tapas! Discuss the culture behind the trend of tapas, tasting of the hams, tapas menu items and the cooking of five easy recipes. Creating easy to do menu items for those Christmas drinks and lazy Sunday afternoon items that can be done ahead of time. Not to be missed!

Sessions is $55 per person, including talk, demonstration, recipes and grazing lunch with one matched alcoholic beverage.

The Big Kids in the Kitchen Series starts at 11am and goes through until 2.00pm.
